Jagdeep Dhankhar Admitted to Delhi AIIMS: Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar has been admitted to AIIMS in Delhi after complaining of chest pain. According to reports, 73-year-old Dhankhar has been kept under observation in the Critical Care Unit under the leadership of Dr. Rajiv Narang. At present, his condition is said to be stable, and the team of doctors is keeping a close watch on his health.
Union Health Minister JP Nadda has also reached the hospital to know the health of the Vice President.
Jagdeep Dhankhar is known for his outspoken image and active lifestyle. Even at the age of 73, his working style is quite impressive, especially his efficiency is seen during the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha.

Jagdeep Dhankhar was born in Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. He was educated at Chittaurgarh Sainik School and after this he studied law from Rajasthan University. Due to his legal proficiency, he was elected President of the High Court Bar Association in 1987.

Dhankhar started his political career in 1989 by contesting from Jhunjhunu on a Janata Dal ticket and became an MP. After the split in the Janata Dal, he joined Deve Gowda's faction. Later joining the Congress, he contested from Ajmer but faced defeat.
