Video: Hail fell on Delhi-Srinagar IndiGo flight, started shaking at thousand feet height

Video: There was a sudden change in the weather in Delhi-NCR on Wednesday evening. Heavy rain started with strong storm. Bad weather also affected the Delhi-Srinagar flight. Hailstorm started on the flight while going from Delhi to Srinagar. Due to which the plane started shaking at a height of thousands of feet. Which created panic among the passengers.

Delhi-Srinagar Indigo flight suddenly got stuck in hailstorm on Wednesday evening. After which the plane started shaking at a height of thousands of feet. However, due to the pilot's prudence, the plane landed safely in Srinagar.

Because of bad weather, the Delhi-Srinagar flight suddenly got stuck in hailstorm. The plane started shaking, but due to the pilot and crew members, the accident was averted and the plane was safely landed at Srinagar airport.

Summary

IndiGo issued a press statement saying, "IndiGo flight 6E 2142 from Delhi to Srinagar encountered sudden hailstorm en route. After the arrival of the aircraft, the airport team took care of the customers and prioritized their well-being and comfort. The aircraft will be released after necessary inspection and maintenance."
