PM Modi at Vantara: The Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Wildlife Rescue, Rehabilitation and Conservation Center, Vantara in Gujarat. Vantara is home to more than two thousand species and more than one and a half lakh rescued endangered and threatened animals.

During this, PM also played with the lion cubs. He picked up the cubs in his lap and fed them milk.
In Vantara, PM Modi was seen playing with the cubs of Asiatic lion, white lion, clouded leopard, caracal and other species of animals.
He also fed the lion cubs. The white lion cub that PM Modi fed was born in Vantara.
PM Modi's love for lion
PM Modi went to the wildlife hospital in Vantara and taken stock of the arrangements for the treatment of wild animals there. There are arrangements for MRI, CT scan, ICU etc. of animals here. Along with this, there are almost every department including anesthesia, cardiology, nephrology, endoscopy and dental treatment.
PM also visited the MRI room of the hospital. Here an MRI of an Asiatic lion was being done. He also went to the operation theatre. Here a leopard was undergoing surgery, it was hit by a car, in which it was injured.
PM Modi reached near lion and leopard
PM Modi also visited Vantara later, in which he reached among the animals. During this, he caressed the animals. He sat near the lion and leopard. Here he drank tea. However, the lions were on the other side of the glass. Later PM Modi also inspected the Dhirubhai Ambani Research Lab. PM fed fruits to the rhinoceros and also fed the giraffe. After this he reached the bird ward.
