After the announcement of ceasefire between Israel-Hezbollah, a big statement has come from America and India. The Indian Foreign Ministry has issued a statement saying that "We welcome the peace agreement between Israel and Hezbollah. In the meanwhile, US President Joe Biden has also called it a big step to end this war going on for 13 months.

We have always been in favor of establishing peace and returning to the path of dialogue by keeping the attacks at bay. We hope that this decision will bring peace and stability to the entire region.

Statement has come from America and India

At the same time, US President Joe Biden said that Israel and Lebanon's Hezbollah have accepted the US-brokered peace agreement, which has been prepared with the aim of "permanent cessation" of hostilities between the two sides. And hoped that the pause in the fighting that has been going on for more than 13 months will prove to be important in ending the war in Gaza.

Biden said in his address at the Rose Garden of the White House (official residence and office of the President of the United States) that if Hezbollah breaks the terms of the ceasefire, then Israel should immediately resume military operations in Lebanon.

Under the ceasefire, Israel will gradually withdraw its troops from Lebanon over the next 60 days, Biden said shortly after the Israeli Security Cabinet approved the deal. According to the report, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu presented an agreement to the Security Cabinet aimed at ending months of fighting between Israel and Iran-backed Hezbollah following the Gaza conflict.

US President spoken to PM of Israel and Lebanon

The Israel-Hezbollah war has so far killed hundreds of people and displaced thousands. He said, "I am happy to announce that the governments of both countries have accepted the US proposal to end the devastating conflict between Israel and Hezbollah. I want to thank French President Emmanuel Macron for his participation in bringing this agreement to a decisive turn. So that a ceasefire can be brought to end the fighting between Israel and Hezbollah.'

United Nations also welcomed the agreement

In New York, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres also welcomed the ceasefire announcement. He hoped that this would end the violence, destruction and suffering faced by the people of Israel and Lebanon. UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert also expressed similar sentiments. She said, "This agreement is the starting point of an important process, which is based on the full implementation of Resolution 1701 (2006), so that the citizens on both sides can be restored the security and protection they deserve.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer called this agreement a good deal for Israel and the region. He said that this shows that when terrorists are defeated through both military and firm diplomacy, the possibility of peace increases. This message came from Trump's representative.
