The Indian government has taken note of the US President's statement on bilateral trade. The government is studying its implications.

US President Donald Trump on Wednesday announced a 25 percent tariff on Indian products and it will be effective from August 1. Trump announced this on his social media platform Truth Social. The first reaction of the Indian government has come to the fore on this.

India America Trade Deal

America has announced a 25 percent tariff on India. Today US President Donald Trump gave this information through a post on Social media. In his post, Trump also mentioned India's military trade with Russia. Trump even wrote that India will have to pay a fine. There is talk of a stir in India's business world due to Trump's tariff. Many opposition MPs as well as heads of many trade organizations have also given their reaction on this.

Meanwhile, the first reaction of the Indian government on the US tariff has come to the fore. Meanwhile in a press note released by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Government of India, it was said that government is studying its interests in this .
