Jr. NTR is back with Devara: Part 1, after his global hit RRR. Directed by Kortala Siva, Devara is all set for a massive release on September 27 across Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages. Starring NTR in a double role, alongside Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor, this action-packed entertainer has been making headlines even before its release.

Massive Advance Bookings: A Record-Breaking Start

The advance bookings for Devara opened to an explosive response, especially in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (APTS), with over 9.94 lakh tickets sold for Telugu shows alone. Hindi shows have sold more than 40,000 tickets so far. According to early trends, the film is on track to earn a whopping Rs 100 crore, including domestic and international markets.

Telugu Shows - 9,94,187 tickets sold from 7,267 shows

Hindi Shows -  40,442 tickets sold from 6,186 shows

Total Tickets Sold in India - 10,47,293 seats booked

Indian Box Office Earnings - Rs 42.05 crore from advance bookings

Global Earnings Expected - Rs 60 crore

With such impressive numbers, Devara is expected to become another Rs 100 crore opener, following in the footsteps of RRR.

About Devara

Set in the coastal regions, Devara follows the fearless Devara, who embarks on a sea journey to protect his people. The film also introduces Saif Ali Khan in his first Telugu role as the antagonist Bhaira, and Janhvi Kapoor in her debut Telugu film, portraying the role of Thangam. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has given the movie a U/A certificate, with a runtime of 2 hours, 57 minutes, and 58 seconds.
