PM Modi gracefully Inaugurates Surat Diamond Bourse, extends warm greetings to the Public
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Surat Diamond Bourse, the world's largest office building, today. The event was attended by central and state ministers, including Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel. Also present were diamond industry experts, including the Chairman of Diamond Bourse and members of the Bourse Committee.

PM Modi expressed his admiration for Surat, stating that its brilliance surpassed even the grand buildings of the world. He commended Surat for its historical experience, present infrastructure, and forward-looking vision. Reflecting on the unity of the city, he mentioned the unique harmony, saying, "In Surat, if a motorcycle collides, we don't blame just one; it's both our faults." Modi fondly recalled the migration of Saurashtra brothers to Surat, highlighting the city's inclusive spirit.
The Prime Minister celebrated the addition of another diamond to Surat's glory, emphasizing that the world's finest diamonds now join the city. He underscored that the brilliance of Surat's achievements outshone even the most magnificent structures globally.
Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel praised PM Modi as the architect of victories in three states, noting that Modi had visited Gujarat for the first time after these triumphs. Patel declared Surat a city that provides employment across the country, evolving into a mini-India. He credited Modi's vision for the modernization of India through initiatives like the Diamond Bourse. Patel highlighted the remarkable increase in airports from 74 in 2014 to 149, with the addition of an international airport in Surat, connecting the Diamond Capital directly to the world.
Asserting that "Modi Hai To Mumkin Hai" had transformed into "Modi Guarantee," Patel acclaimed Gujarat as a development role model. He expressed confidence in Narendra Modi's third term as Prime Minister, attributing continuous development in every field to Narendrabhai's leadership.
