According to the outlet, which cited official sources, the huge housing project spans 100 acres and includes 30,000 dwellings, 15,000 of which have already been built.

The largest economically disadvantaged housing plan is presently nearing completion in Solapur's Raynagar neighbourhood. PM Modi will launch it next month, according to the bureaucrat, who was speaking at an event held by business lobby Naredco.

According to the report , each house measures 300 square feet and will cost the beneficiaries Rs. 6 lakh. It's a collection of seven housing associations.

The project is being carried out by the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada), with assistance from the central government's Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
