After landing in Karnataka's Bengaluru on Saturday morning, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visit with Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) scientists engaged in the successful Chandrayaan-3 mission to the Moon.

Modi raised the slogan "Jai Vigyan Jai Anusandhan" in front of a massive crowd outside the HAL airport.

He couldn't stop himself because he wasn't in the country, but he decided to visit Bengaluru first and see our scientists soon after visiting India, PM Modi remarked outside Bengaluru's HAL airport.

Around 7.30 a.m., Modi paid a visit to the ISRO Telemetry Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC).

  4. A big crowd, including BJP leaders, greeted the prime minister when he arrived at HAL airport after his two-nation visit to South Africa and Greece.
  5. Images showed police and ISRO officials gathered outside Bengaluru's ISTRAC, where Modi visited scientists.
  6. While attending the 15th BRICS Summit, Modi watched the historic touchdown of lander Vikram live from Johannesburg.
  7. In the meantime, banners depicting the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 have been up outside Delhi's Palam Airport to greet Modi.
  8. Traffic advisory has already been issued for the highways leading to the ISRO site.
  9. India became the fourth country, following the United States, China, and Russia, to successfully land on the Moon's surface.
  10. On August 21, the Prime Minister began a four-day ceremonial tour of South Africa and Greece.
  11. On Wednesday evening, India took a significant step ahead with the safe landing of the Chandrayaan-3 lander module on the Moon's South Pole.
  12. Making India as the first country to accomplish the historic feat and putting an end to the disappointment of the Chandrayaan-2 crash landing four years ago.
