Amid swearing- in Maharashtra, mouthpiece Saamana big disclosure about Eknath Shinde

After about two weeks of tussle and long meetings in Maharashtra, the swearing-in ceremony of the Chief Minister is going to take place today. And in the swearing-in ceremony, Devendra Fadnavis will become the Chief Minister, while Eknath Shinde from Shiv Sena and Ajit Pawar from NCP will take oath as Deputy Chief Minister. Before this swearing-in ceremony for the post of CM in Maharashtra, a big claim has been made about Eknath Shinde in the newspaper 'Saamana'.

Meanwhile, a big claim has been made about Eknath Shinde in the mouthpiece of Shiv Sena of Uddhav faction Saamana. An article published in Saamana said that Eknath Shinde was not ready to leave the chair. When a meeting was held at the house of Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi on November 28, Shinde pleaded in front of Amit Shah there that he should be allowed to remain CM for at least 6 months. But Amit Shah rejected Shinde's demand.

Amid the swearing-in ceremony in Maharashtra, claim in the newspaper Saamana of Uddhav faction, Shinde had demanded Amit Shah to make him CM again for 6 months! Saamana  claimed that after the Maharashtra elections, Eknath Shinde wanted to be given a chance to become the Chief Minister once again. However, the BJP turned down this proposal. After this, Eknath Shinde himself reached Delhi and took this matter to Home Minister Amit Shah.

According to Saamana newspaper, Shinde told Amit Shah that he does not want the post of Chief Minister for 5 years but should be given this responsibility only for 6 months. But Amit Shah flatly rejected his demand.

It has also been written in Saamana newspaper that Eknath Shinde was asked whether he would have left the CM post if his party got the maximum number of seats. To which Eknath Shinde did not answer and returned from Delhi to Mumbai. Then he got disappointed and went to his village Satara saying that he was ill.

Know who got how many seats in Mahayuti

In the Maharashtra assembly elections, BJP, Shiv Sena, NCP, all three parties involved in Mahayuti fought the elections together. Among the three parties, BJP performed the best and became the largest party by winning 132 seats. Shiv Sena won 57 seats; NCP won 41 seats.
