Five seats snatched from Shiv Sena
Meanwhile BJP has fielded its candidates on five such seats, which Shiv Sena contested and lost in 2019. An official of the Shiv Sena Shinde faction said that this seat sharing can be seen as BJP taking over their political ground.
Those five seats are

Achalpur
Deoli
All though Nalasopara, Shiv Sena candidate Pradeep Sharma lost to Kshitij Thakur of Bahujan Vikas Aghadi (BVA) in 2019. In Uran, Shiv Sena's Manohar Bhoir was defeated by independent Mahesh Baldi, who is now a BJP candidate.
In Dhule City, Shiv Sena leader Hilal Mali lost to Farooq Shah of All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen (MIM). In Achalpur seat, Shiv Sena's Sunita Fiske was defeated by Prahar Party chief Bacchu Kadu.
