Congress releases manifesto for Jharkhand elections: know the big promises

 Although Congress has resolved to send a proposal to the Central Government to include tribal languages ​​such as "Ho", "Gundaari", "Kharia", "Kudukh" and "Kudmali" in the Eighth Schedule of the Indian Constitution.
