Delhi: 2 people died due to suffocation after a fire broke out in Kirti Nagar
Delhi: Two people died of suffocation due to a fire in a building in the furniture market in Kirti Nagar of Delhi on Sunday morning. While the family members of the deceased say that neither the factory owner has come to the spot nor has, he expressed grief by giving information about the incident.
These people were informed about the incident by someone else around 8 am. According to the police, the fire has been extinguished.

Huge fire broke out in the wooden items here. During which two people sleeping in the room could not come out. And due to the smoke filling the room, they suffocated and died.
Two people died in Kirti Nagar
Fire broke out around 4:30 am on Sunday morning. According to the information received from West district DCP Vichitra Veer, the police and fire brigade received a call about the fire around 4:30 am on 3 November, after which seven fire, tenders were sent to the spot.
After this, when the building was investigated, the room on the roof was locked from inside. After breaking it, the dead bodies of two people were found during the investigation.

However, among the two dead people, one was from UP and one from Bihar: The deceased have been identified as Atul Rai, age 45 years and he was a resident of Azamgarh in UP and worked as a laborer and used to sleep in this building. While the other person was identified as Nandkishore who was a resident of Gaya Bihar. FSL team was called on the spot and investigation were done so that it could be known what the cause of the fire was. However, in the initial information, the cause of the fire is being told as a short circuit.
Fire broke out in furniture market
As soon as the family members of the deceased got the information of the incident in the morning, the family members of both the deceased reached the spot. These people told that even after such a big incident, neither the owner of this building came to the spot, nor did he give any condolences on the phone. He is very sad about this.
However, it is not known what caused the fire incident, although it is suspected that the fire might have been caused due to short circuit. But the exact reason for the fire will be revealed only after the FSL report comes. At present, the dead bodies of both the deceased have been kept in DDU hospital. Were after post-mortem, the dead bodies will be handed over to the relatives.
