FIR on 8 people including MP Pappu Yadav, action in train stopping activity

BPSC Protest Update: A case has been registered under various sections against more than eight people including independent MP Pappu Yadav in the case of stopping the train on the issue of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) examination at Patna's Secretariat Halt. This case has been registered in Patna's Railway Police Station.

While this case has been registered under several sections including stopping the train, obstructing traffic and obstructing government work. This case has been registered in Patna's GRP police station on the statement of the magistrate and the police.

A Bihar bandh was called on Friday to demand the cancellation of BPSC's 70th PT exam. In fact, in support of the demand for cancellation of BPSC exam, today the student organization Yuva Shakti created a ruckus in Patna's Secretariat Hall and stopped the train and protested. During this, reports of mild clashes with the police also came to light, however, some trains were sent from there after persuasion.

Meanwhile this support of BPSC candidates proved costly for MP Pappu Yadav and his associates. Railways have registered a case against Purnia MP Pappu Yadav and his 8 supporters in Patna's GRP station.

Yuva Shakti created a ruckus in Patna's Secretariat Hall

Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav along with his about 40 supporters disrupted rail operations at the Secretariat Railway Halt. A case has been registered against Pappu Yadav and his supporters in GRP police station for obstructing rail and road traffic, taking out unauthorized procession and disrupting public order.

FIR registered against MP Pappu Yadav

Apart from Pappu Yadav, a case has been registered in Patna's GRP police station against Raju Danveer, Rajiv Mishra, Abhijeet Singh, Faizan Ahmed, Premchand Singh, Suraj Gupta and Purushottam Kumar Singh.
