According to the trends released by the Election Commission on behalf of Maharashtra at 11 am, BJP is leading with 127 out of 288, Shiv Sena SHS 56, NCP Ajit 35, Congress 22, Shiv Sena UBT 20, NCP Sharad Pawar faction 11, AIMIM 2, SP 2, JSP 2, RYSP 1, STBP 1, DISECL 1, BVA 1, PWPI 1 and other candidates are leading on 4 seats.

Shinde on the way to a bumper victory on Kopri Pachpakhadi seat

Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde is now moving towards a big victory. He was facing Kedar Prakash Dighe from Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena who is currently heading towards defeat. Eknath Shinde is leading Kedar Prakash by 27479 votes. Kedar Prakash Dighe has got only 8808 votes while Shinde has got 36287 votes.

 According to the official trends of the Election Commission, Maharashtra Deputy CM and NCP candidate from Baramati Assembly Ajit Pawar is leading by 15,382 votes. 284 out of 288 figures released, Mahayuti on the way to grand victory

The Maharashtra assembly election results today made it clear that the Mahayuti government is going to be formed again in the state. According to the Election Commission website, BJP is getting 122 seats, Shinde's Shiv Sena 57, Ajit Pawar's NCP 37, Congress 20, Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena 18, Sharad Pawar's NCP 10 and others 20 seats. Mahayuti is getting 216 seats, while Mahavikas Aghadi is getting only 48 seats.

Sweets have been brought to the Mumbai BJP office on Mahayuti crossing the majority mark of 145 in Maharashtra.
