National Investigation Agency (NIA) has confiscated three properties of Khalistani terrorist and founder of the banned organization Sikh for Justice in the country, Gurpatwant Singh Pannu

Though NIA has been taken a tough stand against Khalistan supporter and terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu. While NIA is investigating six cases against Pannu.

Meanwhile, three properties of Pannu have been confiscated in Chandigarh. Apart from this, some land has also been confiscated in Amritsar. The founder of Sikh for Justice (SFJ) is famous for his pro-Khalistan activities.

NIA confiscates properties of Pannu in Chandigarh and Amritsar

According to the NIA, investigations are going on in six different cases against terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu. In this regard, the NIA has confiscated three properties in Chandigarh. Apart from this, some land has been confiscated in Amritsar and Pathankot.

While one of the three properties confiscated in Chandigarh is also an apartment. Apart from this, 46 kanals of land in Amritsar and 11 and 13 kanals of land in Pathankot have also been seized. The NIA has registered a total of 66 cases till October 15 this year.

Pro-Khalistan terrorist Pannu often threatens India. He threatens India sometimes like Hamas and sometimes like breaking it into pieces. Recently, regarding some dates, he had said that people of Sikh sect should not travel in Air India on this day. This may endanger their lives.

Recently, tension between India and Canada increased after the Hardeep Singh Nijjar murder case. Even after this, Pannu had threatened the country. In view of these threats, the investigating agencies are on alert and action is going on against him.

Who is Gurpatwant Singh Pannu

Khalistan supporter Gurpatwant Singh Pannu was a resident of Nathu Chak village in Punjab. He later settled in Khankot near Amritsar. Pannu has a brother and a sister. He studied law from Punjab University in the nineties. After which he became active in student politics.

At present he (Pannu) is living in America and Canada. Pannu has been declared a terrorist under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act-1967 (UAPA). SFJ's Facebook page and x accounts are also banned. It also founded Sikh for Justice.

What is Sikh for Justice

However, Sikh for Justice is a separatist group based in America. It wants Punjab to become a separate country (Khalistan). It was founded by Gurpatwant Singh Pannu in the year 2007 and is still run by Pannu. The first ban on this organization was imposed in the year 2019.

Although the central government extended the ban on Sikh for Justice for five years. Sikh for Justice is involved in anti-national and subversive activities in Punjab and other places.

Khalistan terrorist Gurpatwant Singh, who originally hails from Punjab, currently holds US citizenship. He went abroad and since then he has been living in Canada and the US. Gurpatwant Singh continues to carry out Khalistani activities while living abroad and spews venom against the Indian government by releasing videos from time to time.

With the help of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, he formed a terrorist organization called Sikh for Justice, which was banned by India in 2019.
