On the discussion of Shrikant Shinde becoming the Deputy CM, Shinde said, "These are only discussions. Many people say anything. We have had a meeting with Amit Shah ji and another meeting will be held in Mumbai, in which I, Ajit Pawar and Devendra Fadnavis will be present.

All issues will be discussed in detail in that meeting and then a decision will be taken. The public has given us a huge mandate and we are accountable to them. The opposition has no work now, so they are raising questions about EVMs." 'Our work will be recorded in golden letters'

Referring to the work of his government, Shinde said, "In the last 2.5 years, we have done many development works. Our schemes like 'Ladki Behan Yojana' have benefited the public. Such schemes have never been brought before. Our welfare schemes have benefited some member of every family. This work will be written in golden letters in the history of Maharashtra.

Regarding his health, Shinde said, "Now my health is fine. I was tired due to the busy schedule during the elections, so I have come to my village to take some rest. I feel happy coming here. I come from a simple background and understand the sentiments of the people, so we made schemes that reach every person." Regarding the post of Chief Minister, Shinde clarified that "Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah will take a decision on this, and Shiv Sena will fully support their decision."

Emphasizing the unity of the Mahayuti government, he said that there is strong coordination between its three allies. Regarding the candidate for the post of Chief Minister, he said that a decision will be taken tomorrow.
