Political battle intensified in Maharashtra, amid CM race, knows who will conquer the throne?
While the political battle for the post of Chief Minister in Maharashtra has intensified. On the one hand, the Mahavikas Aghadi is busy in wooing those leaders who have the highest chances of winning, so that power can be captured. On the other hand, small parties have also become active with full force in this game of government formation. Amidst all this, one thing has become clear that no matter which party or alliance forms the government, the face of the Chief Minister will be one of these seven leaders.
Meanwhile these seven faces are the leaders whose claim is considered to be the strongest at this time and who are at the forefront in the race to become the Chief Minister. The game of political manipulation among these leaders is going to increase further, because every party is putting in all its strength so that their candidate becomes the Chief Minister.
1.Devendra Fadnavis: 'frontline' leader of BJP
Now it is not possible to talk about becoming the Chief Minister in Maharashtra and not mention Devendra Fadnavis' name. BJP has been in power earlier also under Fadnavis' leadership, and currently if BJP comes to power, his name is at the forefront. However, BJP may have another plan in mind, because the party can also bring forward a new face earlier, but if anything, traditional happens then only Fadnavis' name will come up.
Fadnavis has a strong experience of running a government and he also has a long record of running a coalition government. In such a situation, if Mahayuti i.e. BJP and Shiv Sena form a government together, then his name will come up first.

2.Eknath Shinde: Rebel of Shiv Sena's ' but 'Chief Minister'?
It may be difficult for you to believe, but yes, Eknath Shinde is also a contender to become the Chief Minister. This is the same Eknath Shinde who rebelled against Uddhav Thackeray and tried to become the 'big face' of Shiv Sena. Shinde has gained popularity especially due to his "ladki-behan yojna".
If Shinde's party and alliance remain in a strong position and his party becomes an important part of the Mahayuti, then Shinde's name can come up to become the Chief Minister. Shinde is currently on a strong political career, and he also has a huge following.
3. Uddhav Thackeray: Mahavikas Aghadi's 'superstar'
If the claims of Mahavikas Aghadi prove to be true and they get a majority, then Uddhav Thackeray will be the biggest contender to become the Chief Minister. Uddhav Thackeray has been the Chief Minister before, and his party has a good number of seats at this time as well.
However, one difficulty is that Uddhav Thackeray is currently a member of the Legislative Council, so can he become the Chief Minister directly from the Legislative Council? This question remains. But if the Mahavikas Aghadi comes to power, then Uddhav Thackeray's name will be at the top.
4.Jayant Patil: Favorite of Sharad Pawar
Senior NCP leader Jayant Patil is also a strong contender to become the Chief Minister. Sharad Pawar's close aide and senior leader Jayant Patil has held important ministerial positions several times, and he also has strong experience of running the government.
Sharad Pawar had also recently indicated that now Jayant has to work for the entire state. If the Mahavikas Aghadi side strengthens, then Jayant Patil's name may emerge for the post of Chief Minister.
5. Ajit Pawar: "Need a chance again"
Now let's talk about Ajit Pawar, who is Sharad Pawar's nephew and has been in alliance with BJP for some time. Ajit Pawar has expressed his desire to become the Chief Minister several times, and if the BJP-NCP alliance is formed, then his claim may come to the fore again.
He has been the Deputy CM several times and has the experience of bargaining hard for power. If Ajit Pawar gets an offer of power from the BJP, then he can put all his strength to become the Chief Minister.
6.Supriya Sule: May Sharad Pawar's daughter become CM?"
Though Supriya Sule is also a big name, and she is also in the discussion to become the Chief Minister. Sharad Pawar's daughter Supriya Sule's political career is going well continuously. Although Sharad Pawar has rejected the idea, nothing is impossible in Maharashtra politics.
If the Pawar family plays a strong role in power, Supriya Sule's name can also come up for the post of Chief Minister. And remember, Supriya Sule was targeted during Ajit Pawar's rebellion, so politics can turn anytime!
7.Nana Patole: Congress CM candidate
Congress leader Nana Patole is also in the race for the post of Chief Minister. Patole had claimed before the elections that Congress will form the government in Maharashtra this time. Patole comes from the Kunbi community, and this community has a good influence in the state.
Congress President Nana Patole is also considered close to Rahul Gandhi, and if Congress comes in a good position in the elections, then Nana Patole can become the Chief Minister. If Congress gets power, it will be a big political upheaval!
What will happen in the next 3 days?
Although there are a total of 288 seats in the Maharashtra Assembly and 145 MLAs are needed to form the government. This time after the elections in the state, there is a tough competition between NDA and BJP.
The parties have got only 3 days to form the government. If the government is not formed in these three days, then President's rule will be imposed in the state. The term of the Assembly is ending on November 26, and if no party or alliance gets a majority during this time, then the Governor can impose President's rule. So, the Governor can recommend President's rule.
