Ayodhya Diwali: On the occasion of Diwali, Ramlala seated in the grand temple of Ayodhya wore yellow clothes. On the first Diwali of Ramlala after the construction of the temple, while child Ram wore yellow clothes, special sweets were also offered to him.

At the same time, the  Ramlala was dressed in yellow silk dhoti and clothes. Along with silk embroidery, gold and silver thread embroidery was also done on the yellow silk clothes.

He was also adorned with garlands of many strings and ornaments. Vaishnav symbols were decorated on the yellow clothes of child Ram with silver threads.

This sweet was handed over to Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust.

Sweet decorated with gold work was prepared from many types of dry fruits. It was prepared from Blueberries from America, Hazelnuts from Europe, Mamra almonds and saffron. Kshitij Aggarwal, who made this sweet, said that it took 12 hours to make it.

This offering for Ramlala is made in the kitchen of Shri Ram Mandir. On Diwali, different delicacies were offered to him.

Along with child Ram, Ramlala and his three brothers who stayed in the tent in the sanctum sanctorum of the grand temple also wore yellow clothes. Because yellow color is considered auspicious, and silk clothes are also considered auspicious.

28 lakh diyas lit in

On the other hand, this is the first Deepotsav after the inauguration of Ram temple in Ayodhya, in such a situation, the UP government has set a new record by lighting 28 lakh diyas on the banks of the Saryu River

In the meanwhile, Chief Minister Yogi also said that, thousands of years ago, after 14 years of exile, devotees across India started celebrating this festival by decorating their homes with garlands of lamps in memory of the arrival of Maryada Purushottam Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya and the beginning of Ramrajya.

CM Yogi said that this year's Diwali is "historic" because after a long wait of 500 years, Lord Shri Ramlala has been seated in his abode.
