Kailash Gehlot, who was among the powerful ministers of the Delhi government, resigned from the post of minister and primary membership of Aam Aadmi Party a day earlier. Within 24 hours of leaving Aam Aadmi Party, Kailash Gehlot reached the headquarters of Bharatiya Janata Party and taken membership of the party.

Now the reaction of Aam Aadmi Party's biggest leader Arvind Kejriwal has also come regarding Kailash Gehlot joining BJP. On the question of Kailash joining BJP, former Chief Minister of Delhi and Convenor of Aam Aadmi Party Arvind Kejriwal has said that it is his wish, wherever he goes.
Kailash Gehlot resigned from the post of minister
It is worth noting that Kailash Gehlot resigned from the post of minister in the Atishi government a day earlier. He had also resigned from the primary membership of Aam Aadmi Party by writing a letter to Arvind Kejriwal. In a letter to Kejriwal, Kailash Gehlot had raised questions on Aam Aadmi Party, from CM bungalow controversy to tussle with the center
Gehlot's resignation under pressure of ED
Kailash Gehlot had written in a letter to Kejriwal that there are many shameful controversies like the new bungalow which are putting in doubt whether we still believe in being a common man. Aam Aadmi Party leaders were calling Kailash Gehlot's resignation a step taken under pressure from ED and other central agencies.
After joining BJP, Kailash Gehlot outrightly rejected such discussions and said that all this is wrong. Never worked under anyone's pressure.
