Punjab gangster Duneke killed in Canada
Sukhdool Singh, known as Sukha Duneke and affiliated with the notorious Davinder Bambiha gang hailing from the Moga district of Punjab, has met his demise in what is suspected to be a gruesome inter-gang conflict on Wednesday night in Canada. While unconfirmed reports point to the incident occurring in Winnipeg, Canada, intelligence sources have revealed the grim details of his demise.
This incident bears a striking resemblance to the recent killing of terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, who fell victim to inter-gang warfare in Surrey on June 19. In Nijjar's case, his rivals mercilessly unleashed a hail of approximately 15 bullets, resulting in his demise.
Sukha Duneke's journey to Canada from India traces back to 2017, during which he reportedly used forged documents to secure his escape. His criminal history is extensive, with a staggering seven criminal cases registered against him.
What adds complexity to this already grim scenario is the presence of numerous gangsters from the Punjab region and beyond, who have sought refuge outside of India to evade the clutches of the law. These individuals have employed various means to exit the country, including the use of Indian passports, forged travel documents, or even exploiting the Nepal route.
Canada has become a prime destination for these fugitives, with an alarming number finding sanctuary on Canadian soil. Notably, Canada has accused India of orchestrating the political assassination of Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) member Hardeep Singh Nijjar, although concrete evidence supporting these allegations remains elusive.
