'Pushpa 2: The Rule' Hindi Version Cleared by Censor Board – Changes Revealed

The much-anticipated Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer, Pushpa 2: The Rule, has successfully cleared the censor board for its Hindi version. The CBFC approved the film on December 3, introducing a few key edits for its release on December 5. Changes in the Hindi Version

Dialogue Adjustments The word 'Ramavatar' was replaced with 'Bhagwan'. A key dialogue was rewritten in Hindi to better suit the audience. Removal of Objectionable Content A scene showing a severed leg flying was removed. Certain objectionable words were edited out, ensuring the content adheres to broader audience sensibilities. Smoking Scene Edits Anti-smoking warnings were mandated for all smoking-related scenes.

Changes in the Telugu Version

The original Telugu version underwent its censor process on November 28. Key changes included: Removal of an objectionable word repeated in three instances. Editing out terms like 'Dengudi' and 'Venkateswara'. A scene where Allu Arjun's character holds a severed hand was also trimmed.

Film Duration and Certification

Both the Hindi and Telugu versions have received a U/A certificate. The total runtime of the movie is 200.38 minutes (3 hours, 20 minutes).
