Rajasthan: Bhajanlal Sharma Close to Amit Shah and loyal to the organisation
The era of Vasundhara Raje has ended in Rajasthan. Now the chief minister here will be Bhajanlal Sharma. Like Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, BJP surprisingly made a new leader as Chief Minister in Rajasthan too. Bhajanlal Sharma has become a first-time MLA, contesting this time from the Sanganer seat in Jaipur. Bhajanlal Sharma, a resident of Bharatpur, may be a first-time MLA, but he has been a strong personality in the organization.
Near Amit Shah
He is considered close to Amit Shah. After making a tribal leader in Chhattisgarh and an OBC leader in Madhya Pradesh as chief minister, now the BJP has given the reins to a Brahmin leader in Rajasthan. In this way he has tried to reach all sections of the society.
Old relationship with the Union
Bhajanlal Sharma has been the general secretary of the Rajasthan BJP and is considered loyal to the organisation. He has an old association with the Sangh, but he got a chance to contest this time. Bhajanlal Sharma, known as a skilled orator, was often seen on stage. He used to handle the responsibility as a stage operator in any big event of Rajasthan BJP. He is counted among the close leaders of Amit Shah. Although his name was not discussed much, he was definitely in the race if the Brahmin card was in play.
