Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone reveal wedding video on 'Koffee With Karan Season 8'; WATCH
After nearly five years since their wedding in Italy, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have shared their wedding video. They unveiled this special video on the eighth season of the popular talk show, Koffee With Karan, delighting host Karan Johar and their fans with exclusive footage from their beautiful wedding.
Before sharing the wedding video, Ranveer recounted his romantic proposal to Deepika in the Maldives and their subsequent trip to Bengaluru to inform her parents about their engagement. Initially, Deepika's mother had reservations about her choice of Ranveer, but over time, he managed to win her over and find a place in her heart.

The wedding video kicks off with Ranveer expressing his deep affection for Deepika during their engagement party. In an endearing moment, Deepika's father, the former badminton champion Prakash Padukone, playfully mentions how Ranveer has added excitement and a touch of craziness to their otherwise "boring" family of four.

The video then showcases various clips from their wedding festivities, including Ranveer's lively dance at the mehendi function by the lakeside, the beautiful moments of Deepika getting adorned with jewelry before the wedding, the exchange of vows at the mandap, their Anand Karaj ceremony, and how Ranveer was eager to meet Deepika before their marriage, just to express his love for her.

Upon watching the video, Karan became emotional and tears welled up in his eyes. Ranveer and Deepika comforted him with hugs and kisses. Karan shared that while he was thrilled to witness their beautiful wedding and the love they have for each other, it also made him contemplate what he might be missing out on in his own life.
Karan, who is currently not in a relationship, expressed that even though he has the love of his mother and children, there are moments when he longs for a partner to share life's smaller moments with. Deepika reassured him that the right person will come into his life when the time is right. She emphasized the importance of finding the right match rather than marrying someone who isn't a good fit and later regretting that decision. She also noted that being single can be a better option than rushing into a relationship that doesn't truly align with one's needs and desires.
