Sahil Salathia expresses grief over ongoing Israel-Hamas war through his Halloween look
Sahil Salathia is known for his eccentric fashion sense and risk-taking sartorial choices. But the man also knows how to use his styling to shed light on poignant issues. That is what the actor has done this year with his Halloween look as he expressed his grief over the ongoing Israel-Hamas war through it.
The world is in distress currently as the Israel-Palestinian conflict has cost lives of thousands of innocent men, women and children. The constant bloodshed has become a concerning issue and Sahil expressed his grief over it through his look this Halloween. The actor’s look had half-cut cans pasted on his body with blood coming out of the wounds there. The whole look is a commentary on the bloodshed occurring and Sahil chose his own way to make a statement on it.
“There cannot be a bigger injustice in this world that innocent lives being taken away. It pains my heart to see everything that is happening around us with the ongoing war. My heart goes out to the people who are having to face this every day. Through my look this year on Halloween, I just tried to put forward what is going on in my heart. It’s huge time we stop the war and make peace. That is what the world needs,” Sahil says.
While the world is facing such a distressing time, we need people to come out and speak and condemn all the bloodshed. In his own unique way, Sahil has done it and the actor is truly an example to follow.
