SC on bulldozer action: The Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath got the title of 'Bulldozer Baba' in the 2022 UP assembly elections. However the Supreme Court has raised questions on the bulldozer action of various governments of the country. The court said that even if any accused is proven guilty, running a bulldozer on his house is not justified in any manner.

In the meanwhile the Supreme Court has in a way put a blanket-ban on bulldozer action for the time being, while the apex court said that even the accused is guilty, but bringing his house down by bulldozer is not right. While after the court's order, the UP government filed a reply.

 SC reprimanded its decision on bulldozer action

After Seeing the affidavit of the Yogi government, the Supreme Court reprimanded its verdict  on bulldozer action Yesterday. The apex court also said that even if someone is found guilty of any crime, his house cannot be demolished without completing the legal process.

Impact on politics of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

The Supreme Court order on bulldozer action will have an impact all around, but the biggest impact will be on the politics of UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. This order has come at a time when Yogi Adityanath is working hard to compensate for the poor performance of BJP in the Lok Sabha elections through the by-elections to be held in UP. However action will be taken only after the court's guidelines, while The next date of hearing is 17 September.

The Court bench in  between the hearing said clearly. To the petitioner we will set guidelines for the entire country, but don’t think , that we are trying to  protect any unauthorized construction in the Country.
