Shreyas Talpade hospitalized for Angioplasty following Heart Attack

In a shocking incident, actor Shreyas Talpade, aged 47, collapsed after suffering a heart attack immediately following the completion of his shoot in Mumbai on Thursday evening. The actor, who had just finished his day's work on the underproduction multi-starrer film, "Welcome to the Jungle," was swiftly taken to Bellevue Hospital in Andheri West, where he underwent angioplasty.

According to an anonymous source, Shreyas Talpade appeared to be in good health throughout the day, engaging in banter with the crew and even filming action sequences for the movie. After completing the shoot, he returned home and informed his wife about feeling uneasy. However, on the way to the hospital, he collapsed. The hospital has confirmed his admission, stating that his health update is awaited.

Talpade, renowned for his contributions to Hindi and Marathi cinema, has received critical and commercial acclaim over his two-decade-long career, featuring in over 45 films.

The multi-starrer film, "Welcome to the Jungle," boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Lara Dutta, Suniel Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav, Johny Lever, Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek, Rahul Dev, and the singing duo Daler Mehndi and Mika Singh.
