She played a stormy innings in the third and final ODI against India at Bellerive Oval in Hobart. She thoroughly thrashed the Indian bowlers, raining down fours and sixes. She had announced her retirement earlier this year, stating that the multi-format series against India would be her last international match. This means that the Test match between the two teams will be her final international match.

Alyssa Healy Hits a Storming Century

When Alyssa Healy came out to bat at the start of the match, the Indian women's team gave her a guard of honor. She then took to the crease and scored a flurry of runs. She reached her century off just 79 balls, hitting 18 fours. She didn't stop there, scoring a total of 158 runs off 98 balls, featuring a slew of brilliant shots. This is her eighth ODI century and her third against India. During this innings, she hit a total of 27 fours and two sixes. It's worth noting that Alyssa Healy became only the second female cricketer, after South Africa's Johamari Logtenberg, to score a century in her last ODI.

Alyssa Healy's international career began in 2010. She played a total of 126 ODIs and scored 3777 runs at an average of 37.02, including eight centuries and 19 half-centuries. Meanwhile, Alyssa Healy has also retired from T20 International cricket. She scored 3054 runs in 162 matches in this format. She has 17 half-centuries and 1 century in this format.

Australia put up 400+ runs on the board

Australia, batting first in this match, scored 409 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 50 overs.
