India vs Australia ICC Champions Trophy 2025 Semi-Final:  In the Champions Trophy semi-final, Australia won the toss and decided to bat first against India and were bowled out for 264 in 49.3 overs. Steve Smith and Alex Carey scored half-centuries. Shubman Gill got out early for India, Rohit Sharma could not convert the good start into a big innings.

The first semi-final match of the Champions Trophy 2025 is being played between India and Australia on Tuesday (March 4) at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai.

In this match, Australia won the toss and decided to bat first and scored a challenging score. Steve Smith and Alex Carey scored brilliant half-centuries. Mohammed Shami took 3 wickets for India

Australia bowled out for 264 in 49.3 overs

Travis Head scored 39 runs. Cooper Connolly could not open the account. Steve Smith 73, Marnus Labuschagne 29, Josh Inglis 11, Alex Carey 61, Glenn Maxwell 7, Ben Dwarshis 19, Adam Zampa 7 and Nathan Ellis out after scoring 10 runs. Tanvir Sangha remained unbeaten after scoring 1 run.

Mohammed Shami took 3 wickets for India. Varun Chakraborty and Ravindra Jadeja took 2-2 wickets. Hardik Pandya and Axar Patel took 1-1 wickets.

India has not made any changes in its playing eleven i.e. there are 4 spinners and 2 fast bowlers in the team.

At the same time, the Kangaroo team made two changes for this semi-final match against India. Cooper Connolly was given a chance in the playing eleven in place of Matthew Short while Tanvir Sangha was given a chance in place of Johnson.

KL Rahul finished the match with a six. The Indian team defeated Australia by 4 wickets. Made it to the final of the Champions Trophy. With this win, India took revenge from Australia on 19 November 2023.
