PM Modi congratulates Indian team on Champions Trophy win against New Zealand

PM Modi, Amit Shah and many other leaders congratulated Team India on winning the Champions Trophy, know who said what.

India defeated New Zealand by 4 wickets in the final of the 2025 Champions Trophy. With this, Team India settled a 25-year-old account with the Kiwis. India once again won the ICC Champions Trophy title after 12 years. With India's victory, celebrations started across the country.

Cricket lovers came out on the streets and celebrated fiercely. At the same time, many leaders including PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh congratulated Team India on their victory.

PM Modi said in a post on X, "An extraordinary game and an extraordinary result. Proud of our cricket team for bringing the ICC Champions Trophy home. They have performed brilliantly throughout the tournament. Congratulations to our team for the brilliant performance."

Amit Shah congratulated Team India on the victory and said, a victory that created history.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah said in the XE poster, "Invincible India, another ICC trophy captured. From the first ball to the last shot, Team India showed its power on the field. The story of victory has been written. Team India defeated New Zealand and won the Champions Trophy 2025. ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is now with us."
