Shreyas Iyer Became Captain:  The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has given a big responsibility to Team India's veteran batsman Shreyas Iyer. He has been made the captain of the India-A team. Shreyas will captain the team in the two four-day matches against Australia-A from September 16. Wicketkeeper batsman Dhruv Jurel has also got a big responsibility. Many veteran players have been given a chance in this team. Wicketkeeper batsman N. Jagadeesan, who missed a double century in the semi-finals of the Duleep Trophy, has got a place in this team, while Rituraj Gaikwad has been ignored once again, even though he has scored a brilliant century in the Duleep Trophy.
