The film is produced by KP & UD Motion Picture Production House, with Kalpeshbhai Palan and Uday Shekhwa as the producers, and Vishalbhai Vadwala as the director. The music is composed by the renowned Kedar Bhargava, and the screenplay is crafted by Swapneel Mehta. Swapneel Mehta, the writer, shared the film's origin story, revealing that he first narrated the tale on Cha Ni Tapri. The film, he described, encapsulates elements of crime, politics, and the lives of fishermen amidst the backdrop of the ocean and friendship.
