Circle-based officers, or CBOs, are to be hired by the State Bank of India (SBI), and applications are being accepted. On Wednesday, November 22, the application process will begin. The application form must be submitted by December 12 to be considered. The official website, sbi.co.in, is where interested parties can submit their online applications. In January 2024, the online exam will take place.

How many vacant positions are going to be filled?

In order to fill 5280 positions, this recruitment drive is being held.

Qualification and Eligibility

The Central Government recognizes any equivalent qualification, such as an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD), or a graduate degree in any discipline from an accredited university. Applicants with degrees in medicine, engineering, cost accounting, and chartered accounting would also be qualified.

Age Criteria

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and no older than 30 years old as of October 31.

Fees for the application

The application fee for the general category is 750. Candidates from the SC/ ST/ PwBD categories are exempt from paying the application fee.

Selection Criteria

The Online Test, Screening, and Interview will be used to make the final decision.

The online exam will include an Objective Test worth 120 points and a Descriptive Test worth 50 points.

Immediately following the completion of the Objective Test, candidates will take the Descriptive Test, for which they must type their answers on a computer.

Exam Pattern

The objective test has four sections totaling 120 marks, and it lasts for two hours. Every section will have a different time. The Descriptive Test lasts for 30 minutes. There will be two questions in the English Language Test (essay and letter writing), worth a total of 50 marks.
