Supreme Court: Today SC hearing in Kolkata case! CJI Chandrachud Will order judicial intervention?
Supreme hearing is secluded for today, in the Kolkata rape case. The Supreme Court has to decide whether a judicial investigation is needed in this case or not. However that Chief Justice DY Chandrachud's bench will hear on his , they has taken suo motu cognizance on this case. Now if any decision is taken amid the CBI investigation, the Supreme Court will give its decision in a short while.

Kolkata case the demand from the Supreme Court?
A petition has also been filed in this same case by a Doctor in that petition that some rules have been made for the safety of doctors, but in reality they are not following on the ground. It has been demanded that whenever cases like rape come to light, they should be judicially investigated, in that way all kinds of political pressure can be avoided. By the way, FAMCI, FORDA has also placed its demand in this petition. An appeal has been made from their side to the court that there should be security protocols for doctors in every hospital and institution, the controversy over this Kolkata case is not over yet. Doctors are also on strike, OPD services are also suspended at many Hospital and protests are still going on on the streets. Meanwhile, politics is also being seen on the matter, West Bengal has become a new political arena. There is a round of allegations and counter-allegations between BJP and TMC, fingers are being pointed at each other. A TMC leader said in front of the people that whoever points a finger at Mamata Banerjee, those fingers will be broken. Another leader has said that those doctors have come out on the streets who do not want to work and want to roam with their boyfriends. Due to such statements, the situation on the ground remains more tense. On the other hand, BJP claims that a conspiracy is being hatched to destroy the evidence. Meanwhile claims has been made about the vandalism that took place in the medical college.
