Scheduled for four consecutive shows at the Tokyo Dome from Feb. 7-10, Taylor Swift's packed itinerary leaves no room for a Grammy performance. The Eras Tour is set to continue its journey through Australia, Asia, and Europe until the end of the summer, with upcoming concerts in the United States and Canada this fall.
Six Nominations at Grammys:
Despite missing the live performance, Swift is a strong contender at the 2024 Grammy Awards. Nominated in six categories, including Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance for the chart-topping "Anti-Hero," she's also up for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance with "Karma" featuring Ice Spice, along with Best Pop Vocal Album and Album of the Year for "Midnights."
Travis Kelce's Absence Confirmed
Swift's boyfriend, Travis Kelce, recently confirmed his inability to attend the Grammys during an interview on The Pat McAfee Show. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end expressed his desire to support Swift but cited conflicting schedules due to the upcoming Super Bowl LVIII on Feb. 11.

Swift's Eras Tour, launched in March 2023, has been a monumental success, grossing over $1 billion and securing its place as the most lucrative concert tour in history, as reported by Pollstar.
Behind-the-Scenes Training
Reflecting on the extensive tour, Swift shared her rigorous preparation routine, including six months of training before the tour kickoff. The 3-plus-hour-long concert features tracks from almost all of Swift's 10 studio albums, with two surprise songs each night.
"I knew this tour was harder than anything I’d ever done before by a long shot," Swift stated, emphasizing her dedication to over-rehearsal to maintain a connection with fans during the performances.
