Lava has launched a new smartphone in India, named the Lava Bold 2 5G. This marks the company's latest entry into the 5G smartphone segment. It comes equipped with a 5000mAh battery, a large AMOLED display, and a 120Hz refresh rate.

It offers 6GB of virtual RAM and boasts a slim 7.55mm profile. The device also carries an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.

For security purposes, a fingerprint scanner has been included, allowing users to unlock the device via biometric authentication.

The Lava Bold 2 5G has been launched in a single variant, offering 6GB of RAM paired with 128GB of storage. It also provides an additional 6GB of virtual RAM. The device is priced at ₹12,999, a figure that includes applicable bank offers. Sales for the device are set to begin on Amazon India starting March 19.
