MHADA Pune Lottery 2026 update: How and where to check winners list
MHADA is conducting the Pune Board Lottery draw today for 4,186 homes, with results and winners list to be released later in the evening.
The wait is over for more than 2.15 lakh applicants as the MHADA Pune Board 2026 Lottery draw for 4,186 affordable housing units is being conducted today, February 10, 2026. The draw began at 12.00 pm.
MHADA is conducting the computerized lottery through a transparent process. The authority is streaming the ceremony live on its official platforms. Applicants can watch the draw through MHADA’s official YouTube channel and Facebook page. A direct link to the live broadcast has also been sent to the registered mobile numbers of eligible applicants.
According to MHADA, a total of 4,186 tenements are being allotted under the Pune Board lottery. As many as 2,15,965 eligible applicants are participating in the draw.
The housing units include 3,322 flats under the 20 percent Inclusive Housing Scheme and 864 flats under the 15 percent Social Housing Scheme.
The flats are located across Pune city, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation areas, and the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority region. Units are also available in districts such as Solapur, Kolhapur, and Sangli.
The lottery ceremony is being held at Sharad Chandra Pawar Hall at the Zilla Parishad premises in Pune.
MHADA officials said the results will be announced shortly after the draw concludes. Successful applicants will receive SMS alerts on their registered mobile numbers. The official winners list and waiting list will be uploaded after 6.00 pm today on the MHADA website housing.mhada.gov.in.
