Kolkata murder case Supreme Court Hearing: Comes full in strict action mode today, a three-judge bench of has been reprimanded the state government of Kolkata in rape and murder of a female doctor. The CJI has formed a national task force on the same.

The SC has reprimanded the state government on rape and murder case of a female doctor at Kolkata. The bench leaded by the CJI raised numbers of questions on Kapil Sibal, who is representing the state government. The court said in very strong words, why the body of the victim given to the parents late 8 pm and the case was registered at 11:45 pm in night. The court also asked, why case was not registered in the beginning? What college principal was doing at the time? Why he didn’t take action. Although even Sibal didn’t able to answers the questions. In the meanwhile, the court has formed a National Task Force in the matter, in which the interim report will be submitted in three weeks. Above of this SC asked the CBI to submit a status report on the matter

 

National Task Force who will be there

Today Supreme Court came in full swing on Kolkata case. The bench which will be led by the CJI has is formed a National Task Force. This task force is having these following members

➤ Admiral R Sarin Vice Surgeon

➤Dr. Soumitra Rawat

➤Dr. M Srinivas

➤Dr. Govardhan Dutt Puri

➤Dr. Pratima Murthy

➤Professor Anita Saxena, HOD of Cardiology Department, AIIMS Delhi

➤Dr. Padma Srivastava, Department of Neurology, AIIMS

➤Professor Pallavi Sapre, Dean Grant Medical College Mumbai

Other members of the National task force are

Cabinet Secretary of the Government of India, Home Secretary of the Government of India, Chairman of the National Medical Commission, Chairman of the National Board of Examinations. Secretary of the Union Ministry of Health.

The SC has fixed a date for the task force, the task force will submit interim report in three weeks, and that the final report will be in 2 months. the CJI instructed the state government to present a status report about the vandalism in the hospital. However The next hearing on this will be on 22nd August, and the CBI will also present their status report on the matter. The SC said this is not a simple case but a matter of concern for safety of doctors and medical staff across the nation, some points of points hearing in the case

➤During the protest people entered the hospital and vandalized

➤The state government is not keen to stop vandalism, what about the doctor's safety

In today hearing in Supreme Court on the Kolkata case the Solicitor General told the court the girl body was treated worsen than any animal. In response of this Kapil Sibal asked the Chief Justice what should be done against the principal? Apart of this   Sibal said that whatever order will give that will be followed.
