He thrashed the Gambia bowlers and completed his fifty in 20 balls, but in the next 13 balls he scored the next 50 runs. In this way, he completed his century in just 33 balls, making him the second fastest batsman to score a century in T20 cricket history.

Apart from Brian Bennett, every batsman of Zimbabwe scored runs at a strike rate of more than 220. Tadiwanashe Marumani scored 62 runs in 19 balls with the help of 9 fours and 4 sixes.
