  • Present two turmeric lumps to Lord Ganesha on Diwali night, keeping them at His feet. Tie the turmeric in a red or yellow cloth the following day and place it in your financial space. This remedy is believed to alleviate poverty and economic issues.
  • Illuminate your Diwali worship with a large ghee lamp in front of Goddess Lakshmi. Include 2 cowries in the lamp and retrieve them the next morning. Tie these cowries in a red cloth and store them in your wealth area, ensuring a year filled with financial abundance.
  • Resolve discord in your home by placing a silver coin in Ganga water on Diwali night. Sprinkle this blessed water throughout the house the next day, and pour the remaining water into a plant. Keep the silver coin in your purse for continued wealth and prosperity.
  • Harness the positive energy of Diwali by taking 5 Gomti Chakras, and applying vermilion to each side. After Diwali worship, offer the Gomti Chakras individually to Hanuman ji. The next day, tie them in a red cloth and discreetly place them in a corner of your house, promoting the well-being of the household members.

During the auspicious Nishita period on Diwali night, place 7 varieties of grains, a pinch of vermilion, and a coin in a pot. Secure the pot with a red cloth and position it in your kitchen. According to general beliefs, this ritual is thought to bring progress and success in your endeavors throughout the year.
