Supreme Court grants bail, Kejriwal will come out of jail, conditions apply
Arvind Kejriwal Bail: The CM Arvind Kejriwal has got bail. After getting relief from the Supreme Court, he will come out of Tihar Jail but not today, he got bail in Delhi liquor scam case. While Kejriwal has spent 177 days in Tihar Jail. He can come out of jail by this evening. However bench of Justice Suryakant and Justice Ujjal Bhuiyan gave this decision on his bail in court.

Arvind got relief from Supreme Court
Arvind Kejriwal has been granted bail by the Supreme Court in the CBI case. Kejriwal will come out of jail by this evening. He had already got bail in the ED case. However he got bail with some conditions.
Supreme Court, while reading the verdict
In the meanwhile Supreme Court, Justice Suryakant said that on the basis of arguments, we have prepared 3 questions. Was there illegality in the arrest, should the appellant be granted regular bail, is the filing of the charge sheet. The Supreme Court said that there is no bar to arresting a person who is already in custody. There is no violation of Section 41A.
