While Nasrallah had the status of a big leader of Shia Muslims and this is the reason why many Muslim countries and especially Shia-dominated Iran have reacted strongly to his death and vowed to teach Israel a lesson. Nasrallah was the face of Hezbollah
Though Hezbollah initially arrived, in Syria on the pretext of protecting Shia holy sites. However, later reports of its atrocities in Sunni-dominated areas began to appear. For many Syrians, Hezbollah's participation in the civil war became synonymous with carnage and violence. This Shia militia group was accused of inciting communal tension.
