Pakistan Crisis:  Our neighboring country Pakistan which is facing the biggest economic crisis in his history, meanwhile the difficulties of  people are increasing instead of decreasing. Even though the country has received huge financial help from friendly countries and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the burden on the people is increasing.

Biggest economic crisis in his history

From last year in 2023, Pakistan was on the verge of default, but it was saved from becoming bankrupt due to the help of IMF at the last moment, but the situation still remains worse. The Finance Minister of Pakistan  also said in his statement that now strict action is being taken against those who do not pay taxes and Tax Defaulters will not get permission to buy property, cars and other vehicles in the country.

IMF again gave loan with conditions

Now once again Pakistan has taken many big decisions by accepting the strict conditions of the IMF to get the installment of the bailout package. Under this, the Shahbaz Sharif government has thrown out 1.5 lakh people from their jobs in one stroke. Let's know what Pakistan did for the loan?

Outcry in Pakistan due to IMF's conditions

In the meanwhile the  Government took many steps to improve its poor economic conditions, but all these have proved to be a burden on the people of the country. From the World Bank to ADB, impoverished Pakistan had pleaded for help.  However, after many requests, the IMF started giving financial aid to Pakistan with some conditions and now imposed such conditions for the next installment of the bailout package that it created an uproar in Pakistan.

1.5 lakh people thrown  out from their jobs in one stroke

The IMF imposed many conditions before releasing the installment of the bailout package and the Shahbaz government had no choice but to accept them. The new conditions of the IMF is that about 1.5 lakh people have been rendered unemployed in the country in one go. People who were already suffering from inflation in Pakistan were dependent on food and water, now a ban has been imposed on their earnings as well. This has created the possibility of the situation getting worse in the coming times.

Six ministries closed, two merged

The Pakistan government  has closed six ministries. Not only this, two ministries have been merged. All these conditions have been accepted by the IMF to release the next installment and the common people of the country have faced the most trouble due to this. Pakistan will get $ 7 billion aid from the IMF through this step and the installment of $ 1 billion has also been released.
