MUMBAI, India – 6th February, 2026: Amazon MX Player’s Bharat Ke Super Founders delivered a defining moment for the entrepreneurial reality genre as Regrip closed a record-breaking deal of ₹20.25 crore investment, the highest funding secured on the show so far. More than just a new benchmark, the deal underscored the platform’s growing credibility as a space where serious capital backs scalable innovation.

Founded in July 2021 by Tushar Suhalka, Narender Kumar Yadav, and Prateek Rao Yadav, Gurugram-based Regrip is transforming India’s tyre industry through circular economy-led solutions. Built from firsthand insights into the challenges faced by transporters, the startup focuses on re-engineering discarded tyres using advanced retreading and shearing technology, offering high-quality tyres at nearly half the cost of new ones. Today, Regrip operates a network of over 16 retreading facilities and has expanded into waste-to-energy initiatives, including India’s largest tyre-to-oil plant in Rajasthan, firmly positioning itself at the intersection of sustainability, safety, and scale.

Seeking ₹25 crore at a valuation of ₹125 crore, Regrip’s pitch quickly captured the room's attention. Ankur Mittal exercised his one-on-one card to deep-dive into the business, while Dr. Aarti Gupta, Nitish Mittersain, and Dr. A. Velumani extended equity offers, signalling strong confidence in the company’s operational strength and long-term vision. The Market responded with unprecedented enthusiasm, offering ₹12.5 crore for 10 percent equity along with ₹5 crore in debt. Further reinforcing his belief as an existing investor, Ankur Mittal committed an additional ₹2 crore, bringing the total investment to ₹20.25 crore.

The landmark deal marked a watershed moment for Bharat Ke Super Founders, underlining the show’s ability to unlock large-scale capital for businesses addressing real-world challenges. More importantly, it demonstrated how conviction, clarity, and execution can turn sustainability-led innovation into investor confidence at scale.

Hosted and mentored by Suniel Shetty and backed by a formidable panel of tycoons, Bharat Ke Super Founders continues to raise the bar for entrepreneurial storytelling in India, proving that when purpose meets performance, the outcomes can be truly transformative.

Bharat Ke Super Founders is now streaming exclusively on Amazon MX Player, available on the MX Player app, the Amazon shopping app, Prime Video, Fire TV, and Airtel Xtreme.
