IMD forecasts hail, storm over next 4 days in Gujarat
IMD: Scorching heat is prevailing in many states of the country. The temperature in many cities of Odisha is crossing 40 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the effect of unseasonal rains is being seen in Gujarat. The Meteorological Department has predicted that dense clouds will again cover Gujarat.
Heavy rains will occur in many districts of Gujarat along with strong thunderstorms. Hailstorms have also been predicted in some districts along with thunderstorms.
Unseasonal rain alert
An alert has been issued for unseasonal rains with thunderstorms in various parts of the state from Monday to the next four days (31 March to 3 April). Heavy rains may occur in some parts of Saurashtra and South Gujarat. Scattered unseasonal rain is also expected in central and north Gujarat
Rain forecast in these districts of Gujarat on Tuesday
Light unseasonal rain with thunderstorms is expected in Gir Somnath, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Navsari, Valsad, Tapi, Dang and Narmada districts on Monday. Light to moderate unseasonal rain with thunderstorms is expected at scattered places in Gir Somnath, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Panchmahal, Dahod, Vadodara, Chhota Udaipur, Bharuch, Narmada, Surat, Tapi, Navsari, Dang and Valsad districts on Tuesday (April 1).

Navsari, Tapi, Valsad and Gir Somnath will also receive rain
On Wednesday (April 2), there is a possibility of scattered unseasonal rain with thunder at some places in Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Mahisagar, Dahod, Panchmahal, Vadodara, Chhota Udaipur, Bharuch, Narmada, Surat, Tapi, Dang, Navsari, Valsad, Gir Somnath, Amreli and Bhavnagar districts.
Clouds will also rain in many districts including Narmada and Tapi
Along with this, the Meteorological Department said that an alert has been issued for light unseasonal rain with thunder at some places in Chhota Udaipur, Narmada, Tapi and Dang districts on Thursday (April 3).
