Milkipur Bypoll 2025: Voting is going on for the by-election on the Milkipur seat of Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, Samajwadi Party national president and Kannauj MP Akhilesh Yadav posted a post on social media site X. Ayodhya police rejected Akhilesh's post as misleading.

Responding to this post of Akhilesh, Ayodhya police wrote- The above photo is of looking at the identity card of the booth agent, the person seen in the photo is a booth agent of a candidate who has been verified by looking at his identity card. Please do not make misleading tweets.

Senior Superintendent of Police of Ayodhya Raj Kumar Nayyar also gave a statement in this matter. Raj Kumar Nayyar said that some political parties are alleging that "Ayodhya police is checking the ID cards of voters in Milkipur". Ayodhya police deny the above allegations.
