Properties of these accused were attached
The properties attached by the ED included 14 properties of former IAS Anil Tuteja, worth Rs 15.82 crore. At the same time, 115 properties belonged to Anwar Dhebar, worth Rs 116.16 crore.
Along with this, 3 properties of Vikas Agarwal were also attached, worth Rs 1.54 crore. 33 properties belonged to Arvind Singh, worth Rs 12.99 crore. One property of Arun Pati Tripathi worth Rs 1.35 crore was seized. What is ED's allegation

According to ED, CSMCL was formed in 2017 for the purchase and sale of liquor, but with the change of government, it became a tool in the hands of the syndicate. It is alleged that all the contracts for the work related to CSMCL were being given to the people associated with this syndicate.
ED claims that the syndicate earned a 'huge commission' from the sale of illegal liquor, this amount was given to Anwar Dhebar and then he shared it with the political party
