This will be the 6th Vande Bharat express to be launched in the country, prior that there are already 5 trains running across the country which includes : New Delhi-Varanasi Vande Bharat Express; New Delhi-Vaishno Devi Katra Vande Bharat Express; New Delhi-Chandigarh-Una Vande Bharat Express, Mumbai-Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Vande Bharat Express; Chennai-Bengaluru-Mysuru Vande Bharat Express. And now the 6th one is all set to be launched in Andra Pradesh.
Now according to the news reports, the rout of Secunderabad to Vijayawada Vande Bharat Express, is going to be changed and extended up to Vishakhapatnam, which is most likely to be done in February 2023.
