Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, while participating in the discussion on Monday, stressed the need for an alternative approach for the country and said that China can be overtaken by ensuring the participation of the deprived sections and by participating in the modern era revolution related to electric vehicles, data and IA.
