Preparations to make Guinness Book record of cleanliness in Mahakumbh mela
A big cleaning campaign will be started today in the ongoing Mahakumbh in Prayagraj. During this, more than 15,000 cleaners will run a cleaning campaign in all four zones of Mahakumbh simultaneously. Along with this, there is also a preparation to register this historic campaign in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Earlier during the Mahakumbh itself, an attempt was made to make a world record of cleaning the river Ganga when more than 300 cleaners cleaned the river Ganga simultaneously.

Apart from this, there is also a plan to make two more world records related to cleanliness.
More than 15,000 cleaners will run a cleaning campaign
On Monday, more than 15,000 cleaners will run a cleaning campaign in four different zones simultaneously in Mahakumbh. The Uttar Pradesh government said in a statement on Sunday that more than 15,000 sanitation workers will run a cleanliness campaign simultaneously in a total of 4 zones on Monday (February 24) at 12 noon by the Prayagraj Mela Authority.
Under this, a record of cleanliness will be made, and it will be registered in the 'Guinness Book of World Records'.
Record has been made in Mahakumbh earlier also
The statement said that under the leadership of the Chief Minister, Mahakumbh 2025 is setting new standards in cleanliness every day. This religious gathering has been dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, which has given it the title of Swachh Mahakumbh.

Earlier, an attempt to create a world record of cleaning the Ganga in the Mahakumbh itself has also been made by the Prayagraj Mela Authority, under which a campaign of cleaning the river was successfully run by more than 300 sanitation workers simultaneously at various Ganga ghats.
How will the cleanliness campaign be run in Mahakumbh
According to the program, the campaign will start at 12 noon on Monday in the presence of more than 15,000 sanitation workers. Thousands of sanitation workers will carry forward the cleanliness drive in a total of 4 zones simultaneously.

A mega cleanliness drive will be conducted simultaneously at Helipad Parking (Sector 2) in Prayag area under Zone-1, Bhardwaj Ghat (Sector 7) in Salori/Nagvasuki area under Zone-2, Old GT Road and Harishchandra Ghat (Sector 5 and 18) in Jhunsi area under Zone-3 and Chakramadhav Ghat (Sector 24) in Arail area under Zone-4.
